Actually it did not only happen one time but several. It took me really a long while to understand the principles and the secrets, that are behind the scenes, forcing us to act in a certain way.
I brought these principles together here to inspire you and help you to understand yourself better.
Here are the 5 Steps you need to take in order to manifest lasting change in your life and diet!

We need to accept with loving kindness, appreciate and understand where we are right now, to understand our goal, and why we want to get there. This is really important, because once you know where you are you also know where you want to get more clearly. |
You have to make really, really clear what it is that you want. Take some time and honestly ask yourself what you want, and why you want it. There are various reasons why you could want to become raw. Find out about your real intentions and what is driving you in this direction. Is it really your wish to become 100% raw, or do you simply want to increase the amount of raw food in your diet? This is really important, because once you know your goal, a way towards your goal begins to shape | ![]() ASK |
![]() DEFINE | Once you know exactly where you want to go and why you want to be there, you will be able to define your way. Find out about the different ways towards your goal, and about the advantages and disadvantages of each single possibility. And also find out what is your way towards reaching that goal. You need to identify and define precisely what is blocking you and what is the reason for that block. Define and understand what it is! This step will help you to become clear about the real action you have to make and how you can overcome your problems. |
Now you know what is in your way, it is time to think about the right action and making some commitments to yourself. Act at the perfect point of time, with the right intention and action! Use the tricks, compromises or alliances you found out about in step 3, or is it just clear action in one direction: Forward! Create an image, and a feeling of yourself being at your goal. Sink into that feeling and start walking your way! Nothing can stop you now. Follow the plan, the timetable or a strategy that will give you confidence and clearness. | ![]() ACT |
