Sometimes we are concerned so much, that we forget about ourself. And once we do that, we will not be able to be a good and understanding partner to our children because we become stressed!
 
This is the main problem for all the busy mothers and fathers out there in the world. STRESS!
And it is so ironic, that we produce a lot of this stress in the name of our children!
 
And lesson about this is simple:  Take care of yourself.
 
Use the evening to do things you enjoy, that relax you. Take some time...
