Sometimes we are concerned so much, that we forget about ourself. And once we do that, we will not be able to be a good and understanding partner to our children because we become stressed!
This is the main problem for all the busy mothers and fathers out there in the world. STRESS! And it is so ironic, that we produce a lot of this stress in the name of our children!
And lesson about this is simple: Take care of yourself.
Use the evening to do things you enjoy, that relax you. Take some time to do just nothing!! We have to see things in a different light. If you use some time to be just with yourself, and take a nice hot bath, join the Yoga-class you wanted to do for so long, or meet a good friend of yours to have a relaxed chat, imagine that as an investment in your children!!
It might be hard to even think this way, but really think of the time you use selfish for your pleasure, as time your children will benefit!
They will benefit because you will be more relaxed, centered, energized and happy after you enjoyed it!

Don“t get lost in the world of your children, you will not do good to them, the people around you and of course not to yourself. You have the legal right to be an independent person for some time each day. Claim that right, enjoy this freedom, and your whole system will benefit from this little change of perception.
