I am so proud of this one! The reason for this show was, that I was asking myself what my main message is.
Yeah, I love raw food, but this is not even half of what I want to share with the world. It is so much more!! And then, in a warm night at the Thailand sea it occured to me. The main slogan is. Become better. This is also what the raw food diet is about. Eating better. better choices, better life

After our trip to Malaysia - which took more time than we thought - we are back on the beautiful, tropical islands where we wanted to be.
We have a new 3 months visa and get get along with our travel here.
We have found a beautiful place with swimming pool the kids already have occupied and feel at home. This show was recorded with me in the pool and the Thailand sea as background.
This alone is worth watching. Best show surrounding ever! But the topic today is even more thrilling!

We are so lucky! We are able to witness on of the most amazing, sun-loaded summers in the United Kingdom EVER! We are so greatful for that!
We went to the beautiful sea here in the south west and enjoyed a beach-day out together as a family.
